  2. Design – A system plan is drawn up, agreed upon, screen layouts detailed-built, complete with differing access levels for managers vs. staff
  3. Testing – Comprehensive sequence of routines using input data sets and reports run
  4. Deployment – After training conducted, platform is used in a ‘live’ situation
  5. Feedback – Sought from test subjects, after which adjustments made to system design
